Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

App Name: ThesisMate – AI Thesis Assistant

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using this app ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.

2. License

The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Description of the App

ThesisMate is an AI-powered academic assistant designed to help students, researchers, and professionals work more efficiently on theses, dissertations, research papers, literature reviews, assignments, and study projects. Features include:

• AI Thesis & Research Assistant – Brainstorm ideas, explore topics, organize arguments, create outlines, and improve academic documents.
• PDF Research Summaries – Upload research papers, journal articles, PDFs, and study materials to extract key insights and generate concise summaries.
• Literature Review Tools – Analyze academic sources, identify trends, compare findings, and organize evidence.
• Academic Writing Support – Improve clarity, structure, grammar, and readability in theses, essays, and research papers.
• AI Study Companion – Ask questions, understand complex concepts, and receive intelligent study support across academic subjects.
• Notes & Research Organization – Store notes, summaries, references, and project materials in one place.
• Export & Share – Export documents and AI-generated outputs to PDF or DOC formats for editing, collaboration, and sharing.

4. Subscription and Payment

ThesisMate Premium unlocks unlimited AI assistance, advanced document analysis, larger file support, faster processing, and premium productivity features. The following subscription plans are available: Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly.

Before confirming a purchase, you will see the subscription price, duration, and renewal terms. Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in App Store → Account Settings → Subscriptions.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all content, graphics, and code, are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. ThesisMate is designed to support research, learning, and academic productivity. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before academic, professional, or research submission.

8. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
